His 29+years of work experience includes Operations, Customer Service and Training and Business Development.  He is a certified trainer through Train the Trainer workshop conducted by Bodhih Solutions Pvt Limited.  Certified Coaching and Career Counselor Program-Carlton Advanced Management Institute Inc  Certified International DiSC Trainer-Everything DiSC.  He is a Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP) Practitioner. Since year 2009, he is heading Tech Lead Consultants. Sanjay has been in the field of training for over 20 years. Also he conducted Mentoring/Coaching sessions for students from professional studies to gain employment in companies in India and Abroad. During the session Sanjay ensures that participation of the participant will be given top priority. Training will be carried out with examples, short stories, interaction, games, questionnaires, role plays, team games, and many more real live activities. Besides conducting and facilitating training workshops, Sanjay also carries with him rich experience in the areas of Trainer Capability Development, Content Development and conducting TNA. Revathi is with Tech Lead Consultants since 2012. She has 15+years of corporate experience across India, Middle East and North America.  Her academic qualifications include double Masters in Psychology and Management and an engineering graduate.  She is a certified Six Sigma(green belt) from GE-USA. She is also certified ICF(International Coaching Federation_-ACC(Associated Certified Coach).  She is certified in Dale Carnegie-High impact presentations, de Bono’s Six thinking hats & Lateral Thinking, PAPI, MBTI, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer.  She has trained in MNC’s and other reputed companies for their employees across various levels

Rajesh during 24 years of meaningful stint in the areas of Projects and Operations Support, Customer Excellence, Process-Quality and Audits, Organizational Development, Managerial Development and Individual Development, decided to pursue Training and Development field for last 14 years. Seema has 12+years’ work experience. She started her career with Surfgold India Pvt. Ltd (Now Edenred India) where she had the opportunity to lead team and manage the multiple and prestigious Clients like Microsoft, HP, LG, Seagate, Nortel etc and successfully ran various Loyalty rewards program and managed the entire Customer care team. She developed excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills and could work closely as a team. Her profile required to be a good listener with lots of patience and hence expertise in Customer Service. She was responsible for imparting training to new team hires and updating them about the processes and company’s policies. Seema then moved into an education industry and worked with brands like Manya, The Princeton Review and Educomp Solutions and with passion counselled students successfully for overseas education.
